I built and scaled an award-winning hospitality chain that introduced America to Indian-Chinese cuisine — earning features in The New York Times, The New Yorker, Fox News and a Tribeca Film Festival documentary. As a top broker at Corcoran and Compass I closed $100M+ in transactions. As an enterprise leader at WeWork India I scaled operations across one of the world's most complex markets. As a startup coach through Techstars and corporate incubators at Standard Chartered, Rolls-Royce and Shell I helped 50+ leadership teams build the organizational discipline to execute on their biggest ambitions — using OKR frameworks.
Then I founded Bryckel AI — bringing AI inside one of the most relationship-driven, change-resistant industries in the world. And wrote the book on what happens when AI arrives before anyone has a plan.
